These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prod mobile application ("App") operated by Prod ("we," "us," or "our").

By using Prod, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. Use of the App

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Prod for personal use.

You agree to:

Ownership: You own all ideas and content you create in Prod.

Our Use: We do not access, read, or use your ideas for any purpose other than providing the App's functionality (syncing, insights, etc.).

Responsibility: You are responsible for your content. Don't store illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

Pricing: Subscription pricing is shown in the App and charged through Apple's App Store.

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Refunds: Handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

We strive for 100% uptime but don't guarantee it.

We may:

We are not liable for:

Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App anytime by deleting it.

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.

Major changes will be communicated via the App or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
